A big plus is the personalized approach, quick contact, and real technical support at every stage of implementation. Their extensive experience and understanding of the needs of online and B2B sales are evident. I highly recommend them.

The dashboard is sometimes very chaotic, and some basic functions are hidden in strange places. After updates, errors occurred when placing orders, which later caused unnecessary problems for customers. The platform itself works, but many details are definitely lacking in refinement. Unfortunately, I do not recommend Triso.
