Trilogy® at Verde River™ | 55+ & All Ages Resort Community

Terrific homes in an idyllic setting. The clubhouse is spectacular as are the "country club" grounds. The model homes are nicely curated with many amenities. The staff is very friendly and customer service focused.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with Trilogy at Verde River for months to plan my wedding, but the lack of communication has been incredibly disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I haven’t received any response. Our family owns three homes in the community and are members of the golf course, and this is how they treat their community members. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for such an important event. I expected much better service.

Beautiful location, colorful desert views, great lifestyle and amenities all in one place. I don't live in the development but have been to many others and this is gorgeous. I visited the bar for the first time and drinks and appetizers were delicious. The sunset views were relaxing and gorgeous

Love the community and everything about it but the Sales and HOA need attention. We have lived here for over a year and parked our wrapped vehicle in the driveway as it won't fit in the garage and were specifically told it was ok to park in the driveway. Now after a year of being here we are being told it has to be in the garage where it won't fit. Get EVERYTHING in writing before buying. I have no idea where I am going to park my truck now.

Lived here for 2 years. Beautiful views and lots of nice people. Very active community. However, they are often short staffed making use of the community amenities difficult. The golf membership has approximately 700 men and women members making the golf experience very difficult to enjoy.
