The quality of work and craftsmanship is first class….It’s really hard to find somebody that actually takes pride in their work but Tri-River Is one of the final few that does. He is punctual, communicates, fair/honest and very knowledgeable about any sort of home electrical work that you can think of. I had him install a 50 amp generator inlet box, and hardwire a brand new hot tub that I purchased. I will say it again the quality of work is second to none. He even found a few issues that I am glad and thankful that he caught. And was happy to fix them the correct way. He has a genuine concern for safe and proper work that is performed. He definitely has an In additional lifetime customer over here!

Jay took on some updates and additions for my houses electrical setup and was outstanding from start to finish. He’s a true professional—honest, down to earth, upfront, and easy to work with. Jay is AMAZING! Just purchased a home in South Boston Va. The electrical system in this home was comprised of 4 separate electrical systems, fuses, mercury relays, and breaker boxes. Lights and outlets would work sometimes, and some not at all...some worked some days and some days not at all... I had contacted other Electricians before I connected with Tri-River, none of them would touch my house. Jay had to trace everything down and pull entire house into one single breaker box. This was a monumental effort. But Jay handled like the PRO he is... Hope he took picture documentation of this job, I think it's one for the record books!

Jay and his assistant installed ceiling fans in my daughters’ bedrooms and LED puck lights in my kitchen, and they did an exceptional job. Not only did they complete the work flawlessly, but they also left the area cleaner than they found it—something I truly appreciate. What really impressed me was how they went above and beyond. During the process, they identified and resolved a few additional issues, including properly installing two external GFCI outlets and addressing a daisy-chained outlet in my garage. Jay came and installed all new lighting in my workshop, a 10,000 sq.ft. building so it was a big job. Jay knocked it out of the park, everything went smooth and he worked around my schedule and the needs of my shop as to not hold me or my business up.
