Highly recommended. Treyl has fixed two major issues on my HP laptop in the past. The first was a problem with my motherboard and most recently a screen problem.
Avoid them at all cost. 🚧🛑⚠️ Pathetic customer service, with zero professionalism & no communication skills. I took my Asus Note Book laptop to be repaired & paid a deposit. For a whole month I didn't get any updates, I was the one calling to follow up. Eventually I went to pick my laptop since they were unable to fix it but getting back my refund has proven difficult. Been taken around in circles with lies. This one must be reported for obtaining money by false pretence.
😂 - If I could give a 0 star, I definitely would. Do NOT engage with them!!! Got electronics from them (below subpar quality), returned the goods and asked for a refund. To this day, the debt has not been cleared off ~ 6 months later. The lousiest, run-around service you'll find in Kisumu with fake online reviews. Don't be scammed! Update - I can't reply directly to whatever was posted as a reply. Just for context, my dealings were with the actual owners not middlemen or employees, it's a joint partnership between 2(Eric and another lady). Whatever they reply is useless PR since they have my number and could reach out if they wanted to and refund my money. In summary, for anyone reading this, this is a lousy business with very fake online reviews looking to make a quick buck while scamming people. AVOID THEM!
I've been searching for a trustworthy IT Store for a long time. Found this shop and upgraded to the HP 840 G3 Laptop-Touch Version. NO REGRETS! Work is now easier and more efficient. Will soon come back to this store to buy my son a college laptop. Refurbished, Newish and Worth it! Asante Treyl
The worst place to ever buy a laptop😠I had a complain with a laptop I bought there and they said I have false claims and that it didn't have the same problem when I bought and that is after 3 days of the purchase. How I regret buying from this place 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️. They are full time, registered scammers. They don't deserve any good review. Not even a single star
