The mall’s customer service is exceptional, with friendly staff who are always willing to help, whether it's with directions or product recommendations. Plus, ample parking space and accessibility via public transportation make it incredibly convenient for visitors.

Went few days back as I am writing this review (month of July 23 ) well maintained staffs are good only ground floor is occupied by reliance. They have good collection but they still can improve. For parking you can use the front space.

This is used to be a cinema hall like balasore talkies and now it's a reliance mall. Why on the earth they turned something beautiful like that into a mall. I am not complaining just saying still a mall for people is a great thing. But sad that there's no more cinemas in balasore especially in Soro.

The worst shopping mall I ever seen. The service ladies behaviour is very disgusting. Don't recommend this mall. A small dress shop will behave very good . I repeat don't go this trends mall.

Very nice nice experience in Raja festival with Trends. Staff behavior and way of taking is good. Froduct is best quality . I like most this trends.
