Great coworkspace, specially during weekends when price is reduced to 880 JPY for all day work!

This convenient rental space is just a seven-minute walk from Takasaki Station. The drop-by price is incredibly cost-effective, unheard of in the city center, and I highly recommend it. A headset is a must. Excellent Points The atmosphere is nice. The overall atmosphere is stylish and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The office is constantly monitored, which I think helps prevent issues. There are multiple Dell external displays. USB Type-C allows for both output and charging, keeping your desk tidy. Average Points Noise isolation from outside. There's a fair amount of outside noise from construction, street speeches, and other events. There aren't many private rooms, or are drop-by rooms even available? So, this isn't ideal for meetings where you don't want others to hear what you say. Some of the floors are made of steel, which can make for a bit of a creaky sound. Coffee costs 100 yen, and you can pay cash or pay the entire bill when you leave. It's more convenient to bring your own drinks. The negative points are all minor, so the benefits far outweigh them. I think shared spaces are more crowded and have a moderate sense of tension, making them ideal for people who can concentrate better than in a private room.

Located about a 10-minute walk from the east exit of Takasaki Station, this coworking space is one of only a few in Gunma. It opened in 2019, so the interior is fresh. I normally live in Tokyo, but I use this space whenever I visit my hometown. Drop-in is ¥2,000 per day, which is incredibly cheap compared to Tokyo. Or maybe Tokyo is just too expensive... The work floor is equipped with table seating, sofa seating, concentration seats, and counter seating. Since there aren't many users yet, you can choose your seat quite freely. Of course, all seats have power outlets. The Wi-Fi is fast. Mineral water is free, and I think coffee is ¥50. Soft drinks and snacks are also available for purchase. It's also recommended for corporate use, with dedicated call booths and rental conference rooms. The staff all seem very kind. Personally, I'd like to increase my connections with people in Gunma, so I hope to become closer friends. In summary, it is a coworking space where there are not many people and you can concentrate on your work without any stress.

While in Takasaki, I had some plans to cancel at short notice, so I used this space to do some light work and read in the free time. Drop-ins on weekends cost 220 yen per hour, but any time over three hours automatically switches to the full-day rate of 880 yen. I think it's very reasonable. Tea, cocoa, and other drinks are free, while coffee is 100 yen. It was spacious, bright, and quiet.

I've only ever used it as a conference room, but it's brand new, clean, and has a very luxurious interior, making it feel like you're in the city. Drop-in fees are a little high for the area (500 yen/hour, 2,000 yen/night), but I still think it's a very satisfying space.
