Not trustworthy. They took on a linkbuilding engagement for our businesses and delivered absolutely nothing. Zero blog articles. Zero backlink reports, despite that being an explicitly stated deliverable in their own proposal. ZERO. I cancelled service. When I emailed requesting a refund for non-rendered service, the email was read and ignored. Instead of cancelling service, they continued to not perform their services and then sent the invoices to a debt collector. Save yourself the trouble.
Worst experience ever with a company offering "services". Paid a lot and "nothing" in return. A massive hangover for us. They didn't understand our business. The content provided made no sense, despite many online meetings. TT's invoicing, however, is running smoothly. Now part of it still needs to be delivered, but the contact persons (BE) are no longer reachable?! Case closed apparently, even though there are still "hours" that need to be billed. An expensive lesson for us to be more careful before partnering with a marketing agency. So, watch out!
