If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Tossdown has been nothing short of a complete disaster. The software is riddled with bugs and crashes constantly, making it impossible to rely on for any serious work. Features that were promised and advertised simply do not function as they should, leading to immense frustration and wasted time trying to find workarounds. When these issues first came up, I reached out to customer service, hoping for some support. What I got was an endless loop of unhelpful, canned responses and days of waiting just for a reply. It's clear that there is no real support team behind this product, and once they have your money, they simply don't care about your experience. Save yourself the headache and your money. This company promises a solution but delivers a broken, unsupported mess. It has been a genuinely frustrating experience from start to finish.
