The service and information you received from Sofus was really good. My son had messed with his PC because the controller wasn't working and of course he had everything turned off so neither the keyboard, mouse or controller worked. Sofus said it would take up to 5 business days but already at 2 in the morning someone called and said that everything was working and ready to be picked up. My son had probably had his PC reset and therefore they didn't have to do that much and were able to make my son happy that it wasn't going to cost him anything. He was really HAPPY!!! Thanks for the help guys! PS. One thing that could make it only 4 stars is because Sofus doesn't have his own business card 😉 and he deserves that! Regards Jesper
