The first reason we decided to work with Top-Webdesign had everything to do with the intellectual property, which is properly transferred upon delivery of the website. Many other parties do not do this, meaning you are tied to that company for the rest of your life. This puts you in a stranglehold, making it difficult to leave other parties because all your investments are lost. They simply don't give you anything and leave you empty-handed. Top Webdesign properly transfers the intellectual property so that you remain the owner of your own website. After the initial consultation, which I must say was very professional yet friendly, we received answers to all the necessary information and questions. During the development of the website and the shop, there was also continuous consultation so that we knew exactly what we were getting, and matters were adjusted to our wishes. Additionally, there is a fair pricing policy. No ridiculously high prices or hidden costs that suddenly appear during the process. Although I am a critical person and look at matters very critically, I can conclude that Top Webdesign honors the agreements made and goes the extra mile where other parties fall just that little bit short. I have had very bad experiences with Top Webdesign. I requested a quote and received it. It concerned 2 active webshops running on outdated software that needed to be rebuilt in WordPress/WooCommerce. It was supposed to be ready after a few weeks.... It immediately became apparent that Top Webdesign has a completely incomplete understanding of the business to handle such a job. He outsources everything to a low-wage country, which is not bad in itself, but he takes no responsibility whatsoever as the contractor for the proper functioning of the websites. Eventually, after more than 2 years! would it be finished then according to him (fortunately, the old webshops continued to run without problems during that period), Following that, I immediately paid the final invoice in good faith, a total of €7,400; the quote was €,800... I understood the difficulties he was encountering. When I ran into endless problems after delivery due to all the errors and omissions in the sites, Top Webdesign took no responsibility whatsoever and was NOT willing to offer any help; they didn't even answer the phone anymore... It even got so bad that I couldn't even open the sites myself from my IP address anymore... only via a VoIP connection. It also turned out to be impossible to update the sites for maintenance, which jeopardized continuity as well. In the end, fortunately, I was able to communicate with the company to which he outsources everything, and the owner was willing to remove the biggest bugs and get the sites functioning again. Top Webdesign? A good example of an amateur, bungler, and unreliable company that could get you and your business into serious trouble...
