If there was a zero star option they should have it. Absolutely terrible to work with. Do not even waste your time they just want to take your money and do not do anything they promise! Above is my original review and my reply to there’s is below as they don’t allow responses : Rather than addressing the substance of my review, you have chosen to make numerous personal allegations about me, including calling me “a liar”, claiming I abused your staff, and alleging I have a poor reputation. These are serious allegations made in a public forum and, if untrue, are potentially defamatory. My review was based solely on my experience as a paying client and the service your business provided. Your claim that I was “late paying invoices” is also misleading. Payments were withheld only after it became clear that the SEO work being delivered was not of an acceptable standard. This was a genuine commercial dispute over the quality of the service, not a refusal to pay. Your comments regarding my advertising budget are equally misleading. My Google Ads budget was entirely separate from the SEO services for which I sought a refund. A substantial amount was paid for SEO, and my complaint is simply that the work delivered did not provide the service or value contracted for. I subsequently commissioned an independent SEO audit, which concluded that the work fell significantly below accepted industry standards. Rather than addressing those findings, you chose to publish what appears to be a defamatory attack on my character instead of responding to the legitimate concerns I raised about your company’s performance. I will retain your public response, together with the independent audit and our correspondence. I am confident that anyone reading both my review and your response will be able to draw their own conclusions.

I strongly advise against dealing with this company. The sales consultant was extremely unprofessional over the phone, and the process of trying to open an account was frustrating and poorly handled. The overall experience was embarrassing and far below basic business standards. If you are considering working with Top Click Media, please do your research.
