The company took Rs 5000/- Advance for giving us a Tally Customization Software. The customization was related to Barcode and POS invoice. Their software did not work for us and they are not able to customize as per our requirement. Customized software means it should fulfill our need. However, they are trying to push off-the-shelf product which is not working for us. They have taken money for the product they did not deliver. Seems like cheating is their main business. After multiple follow-ups they are not returning the money.
