I came here to design business cards. The designer wasn't on-site (working remotely). They offered to create a template (print the assignment for the designer, send it to him, and wait for the work to be completed)!!!! They explained that they had many years of successful experience with this type of work. But I need it right here and now! This didn't suit me! It's like a game of telephone! I want to tell the designer my wishes here and now, and the designer will create the business card design and print it in front of me. I am extremely dissatisfied with this printing company's approach to retaining new clients. The printing company has two people, but they were unable to help me. I do not recommend this printing company with this approach to client requests.

I ordered business cards a week ago; I needed a small print run. The manager explained all the different types of business cards, and I was surprised they made plastic ones, so I ended up ordering the matte-laminated ones. I placed the order remotely, which was very convenient. I sent all the text and layout requirements, and they sent the layout for approval the same day. Everything went great. I came the next day and picked up the cards. I'm very pleased. They turned out thicker than regular ones and look even better.

We recently needed to urgently produce plastic gift cards. We were overwhelmed and couldn't get them done in time. We contacted these guys, and they completed the order very quickly. Our design wasn't quite up to par with the technical requirements, but they quickly fixed it themselves. Thank you very much, we'll be using you again!

They worked very professionally and quickly. I called to check if I could pick up my order the same day. They said yes. I sent the candle sticker designs and they immediately went to the printing house. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, and the communication was friendly and polite. I'm satisfied and will order again.

Excellent printing service! Most importantly, the print quality is superb. Also, the attentive staff responds quickly to messages and explains all options and answers to questions in detail. Most importantly, they offered a way to make my order (thick phone stickers, but in a small batch) more cost-effective. I'll definitely be using them again!
