We had our kitchen sink had a choke prob as the waste water was flooding the kitchen floor , Thong Nian Jack Goh came to assess the prob n reassure us that his staff can solve such prob , at short notice of only two days , his team of staff came n clear the blockage n also did a CCTV scan to ensure the drain are cleared . Jack responded quickly on WhatsApp and clearly explained the job and pricing. He confirmed everything before starting and completed the work efficiently—replacing an outdoor tap and fixing a bathroom leak. He also cleaned up after. Great workmanship, professional service, and fair pricing.
Was recommended to them by our condo manager as they're also the contractors that does the electricals and plumbing for the non residential side of our building. Service is good and Jack (the manager or owner, I'm not sure) is very responsive. He will also clarify our messages and what needs to be done before getting it carried out. Only with his workers we have had some few miscomms, but nothing big and was solveable there and then. Jack was easily reachable as always to explain to his workers what was wrong in these instances, and get them to rectify it asap. Hope the service and their quality of work maintains even if they're no longer working for our condo.🤞 Because we have had that happen in the past to us with other contractors; bad service and quality of work after being regular customers for so long, all because they're no longer contracted to our building. Which was quite a pity, as we also recommended them to our neighbours. So, keep it up Jack and team. 👍🏾
Efficient workers. They helped me multiple times with my toilet. Installing water heater, change shower pipe, change my water pipes, change kitchen sink and many more. Will call them again since their prices are reasonable
