Brought a friend here for her birthday dinner and we both absolutely loved it. Third Floor Social has such a warm, cosy and welcoming atmosphere - it honestly feels like a little escape from the Orchard crowd, tucked away on the rooftop of Design Orchard. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout the night. Service felt genuine and warm without being overbearing, which really made the experience even better. Food-wise, we really enjoyed the burrata, and the grilled spring chicken was easily our favourite dish of the night. We also tried the pan-fried golden snapper with barley risotto, which was beautifully done. Portions were just right - satisfying without feeling too heavy. And the standout for us: the ube basque cheesecake. Hands down our favourite dessert of the night and honestly worth coming back for alone. Thank you :) They also have a really good drinks selection and the wine was great. Overall, such a lovely dinner spot with good vibes, good food and great hospitality. Would definitely revisit again.

This is a nice place for a meal or a coffee when you are shopping around the area. I like the layout, how bright it is and it feels very welcoming. The open concept kitchen and counter seats also make the place a bit more friendly. We didn't have a proper meal here but dropped by for coffee and desserts. However, I couldn't pass the moment to have a cold cocktail in this hot afternoon. I can't remember the name of the cocktail, but it was some gin and vodka mix with a slight tinge of passionfruit and a lot of bubbles on top. My partner swore that their oat milk matcha is one of the best, and we were both super impressed by their cheesecake that is made of yam. Would probably come here again for a proper meal.

Such a lovely place spend time. A cafe bar concept with really decent cocktails. With a variety seatings to choose from. You can either dine, truly a place that caters for different people's needs. Food and drinks are amazing I would highly recommend anyone to visit this place.

Though it’s a pretty new restaurant, the menu has changed! A lot of effort has definitely gone into refreshing the menu. Food definitely tastes good. Will be back for the coffee and desserts soon

The food was actually pretty decent. The menu was slightly different from what was posted on their website, which they mentioned is still under development and going through some trial and error. Interior wise, it was okay, table was really small, was a bit hard if you want to order many dishes. But I guess this place is more of a bar. I really enjoyed the parmesan churros, although the portion was a little small. We also ordered another dish, I forgot the exact name, but it was a pasta with crab. Honestly, I had mixed feelings about it. When it arrived, it wasn’t very warm to begin with and became cold quite quickly. It was enjoyable while warm, but once cold, the dish lost a lot of its appeal. Service wise, there were an issue. We were still eating when a waitress attempted to clear one of our dishes even though it was still about a quarter unfinished. We quickly told her we weren’t done yet, but there was no apology. A simple “Are you done with your dish?” or “May I clear this?” would have felt much more appropriate. I understand it was dark at night, but that didn’t really excuse the lack of attentiveness. Overall, it was an okay experience. Would I specifically come back for it? Probably only if I happened to be nearby and there weren’t many other places open.
