It has been an absolute pleasure working with Sam, Josh and the team at Think. I worked with them closely as they assisted us in telling the story of our Launceston community as part of Rotary Club of Tamar Sunrise project, Launceston Community Reflections 2020. Edit: I reached out to Think again recently to ask if they could livestream a memorial for a family member. Although it's not a service they provide, Sam introduced me to a videographer who could help. Many businesses ignore requests that fall outside of their purview. Think were quick to connect me with the right person for the job and were empathetic and helpful during a difficult time. Their customer service is outstanding.

I cannot say enough good things about this team. It started during our initial zoom call. Josh and Sam drove out to the outdoor site they recommended for the filming to show me first hand. Then they asked permission to deliver two videos for the price of the one we'd already agreed to. Yep, no upsell. They just saw additional value they could bring to the project. And the project progressed well from there. It was easy and even fun to collaborate on the script. They sent me talent to choose from. The video was good but had its issues. The team and Think worked with me through three drafts to get it just right. Highly recommend.
