I attended one of Yardstick's webinars yesterday, the subject matter being 'Client Newsletters - The Ten Most Common Mistakes Advisers Make.' It was exceptionally well-presented, made perfect sense, and was all very practical. It's the first of their webinars I've attended and I now intend working my way through their back catalogue.
