The Warehouse Queenstown

The Warehouse in Queenstown is an impressive store and easily one of the best locations I’ve visited. It is a huge space that carries the full range of Warehouse collections, so you never feel like you’re missing out on the variety found in the larger city branches. From homeware and electronics to clothing and toys, they have everything well-stocked. It’s especially great for finding their affordable in-house brands like Anko and Market & Co, which offer amazing value without compromising on quality. What really stands out here, though, is the atmosphere. Despite being a large, busy retail store, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether you need help locating a specific item or are just going through the checkout, the team makes the shopping experience feel personal and easy. If you are looking for essentials, gifts, or household items in the Otago region, this is definitely the place to go. Plenty of parking and a great layout make it a stress-free experience every time!

Great departmental store, very well stocked and larger than the one we visited before. Definitely one to come by and shop for stuff if you are in need of something during a trip!

Absolutely horrible experience - definately not a place I thought that I would have been treated so badly with my daughter. Makes it so hard to shop for clothes. No sympathy or compassion - ended up leaving in tears too - do better

Warehouse's trollies has been lying around the surroundings to the nearby neighborhood. Rang the store twice for the collection also sent the Snap and send to get it collected. But this hasn't been sorted yet. Tried to call the store again quite a few times but the phone goes unanswered. Please get this sorted ASAP
