They asked for quotes every year to update our presence with them based on the parameters provided, but we did not receive a single order. So we fattened their database without them directing a single customer order to us. Based on our experience, I am of the opinion that I cannot wholeheartedly recommend the agency to anyone. I would also highlight the unfriendly attitude of Kitti Papp-Karakas, who is clearly not suitable for communicating with customers.
