How long have I been hitting up this spot? Honestly, my memory is a blur but let’s just say I’ve been here since before the condos and malls took over, back when the carpark was still open-air and the HDB skyline wasn't so crowded. The landscape might be unrecognizable, but the beer prices are still legendary.
Must visit for their sausage platter 😁 We have been here on multiple occasions. It's a relaxed place. Fun to visit in the evenings if you are a dog-lover. You might find some friendly company here. 🐕 The beer is good, the vibe is relaxed. Their food menu is limited, but whatever we have tried was good. Enjoy your food, sit back and relax. Only drawback: no AC! Preferably, visit in the evenings!
Perfect place fo refuel if you like a quiet time away from the bustling centre of Holland Village. Draft beers (Brewlander, Sunbird, Tiger and Guinness) at $11.30++ a pint all day ($10++ for second pint). They serve food too.
Are u into craft beer? Sunday nitz chill. I went for Hann beer from the tap. 3 for the price of 2. There’s alfresco sitting at this corner of the street pub or like me chose indoors A/C coz I had a jog just before going there. Indoors was quieter and just great for a conversation. Cheese fries… Wow … the mayo and cheese came like free flow. The Filipino Ate was awesome fast and furious! She is attentive and a great listener. Genuine and happy. Extremely service oriented. She replies ALL my requests with her melodious voice and coupled with a thumbs 👍 up as a form of feedback and acknowledgment. She even turn on the music indoor especially for us. Me being picky asked her to lower the volume and she gleefully obliged. Patrons pls remember to have eye contact and say selamat po as a matter of courtesy. FYI, I hardly give full star ratings. It’s a very pleasant watering hole in heart of Holland Village. An old haunt for me 🫰 A good Expat crowd gathers here. The food and beverage are great 👍🏻. Good place to chill by yourself or friends and family.
