The Nashville Handyman

We had a terrible experience with TN Handyman, LLC. We love supporting local businesses but also want our friends and neighbors to have a better experience than we did with this company. We had a relatively small bathroom renovation project - tile the floors, install new toilet and new vanity/sink. The contractor who ended up coming to our house took twice as long as was estimated, poorly installed the tile floor, had to pull it all up and retile it after the owner stopped by to teach him how to tile (the worker admitted he didn’t really “do tile floors”). In the end, we asked to stop moving forward with the project after two failed tiling attempts, the contractor continuing to work slow while being on his phone the entire time he worked (while complaining about his job), and then messing up the vanity installation, leaving a hole in the drywall behind it with the plan for the vanity to just “cover it up.” We hired a different person to complete the project but we were still charged by The Nashville Handyman without any attempt from the owner to make this right (other than sending the same contractor back to continue with his poor quality work). I would not use this company and don’t want any of our friends and neighbors to get ripped off.

Tim and Nick did a fantastic job helping me out. I had just moved my corporate office and was feeling overwhelmed with all the tasks I had on my list. From asembling standing desks, hanging my TVs and helping me hang artwork, these two were friendly, knowledgeable and FAST! Tim and Nick, thank you so much. I'll definitely be reaching out again.

Ryan did an outstanding job installing two mailboxes for us. The project required pouring concrete slabs, and he handled everything with professionalism and skill. He was punctual, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. The finished work looks great. Highly recommend Ryan for any handyman needs!

Malcom came by yesterday and did a wonderful job repairing the trim in my kitchen and building another shelf in the utility room. Hack job had left a huge gaps separating and cracking between my trim and the ceiling. He handled the project w/ absolute care and walked me through exactly what he was going to do before he started. very pleased with how it turned out!

I needed a bed repaired that had come off the backboard because it had not set up correctly by the movers. Bruce had an hour and he was so efficient, he was able to help me tih afer more projects. I will use Handyman again and will ask for Bruce AgainI, I was pleased from the time i spoke to Chad the owner, particularly Bruce’s wirk and dealing with Cindy who was so efficient helping with bill my paying. Everything online. I am fairly new to Nashville and ii am so pleased to find this Handyman service. I wish i live next doir. Lol. If i could give 10 stars i would. .
