The Learning Lab (JEM)

I enrolled my son for science classes at TLL (JEM) and the resources they gave were very useful for his psle preparation. His teacher, Ms Evelyn Chia was very supportive and she patiently guided him through difficult topics and cleared his doubts. His journey at TLL was truly remarkable and I thank Ms Evelyn Chia for all her support and guidance.

Had a bad experience with one of your tutors/staff at IKEA JEM. Lady wearing a Learning Lab lanyard gave rude remarks towards me after I told/gestured them to move ahead in line. If this is how your staff treats adults, I'd hate to see how they treat kids.

Updated review: My son joined TLL Jem when he was P2 for English and P3 for Science. He had his PSLE this year and he got AL2 for English and AL1 for Science. Thank you to Mr James (English) and Ms Grace (Science) for the lively and fun classes. They have countless activities to teach the students the required syllabus in a fun and interactive way. My son always looked forward to attending the lessons. Thank you Teachers 👍👍👍 Past review: My son likes the teachers as the teachers are interactive and lively. I also have great experience with the customer service officers, Ms Yvonne and Ms Afiqah. Both of them are very friendly and approachable. Thank you!

My children joined TLL JEM since 2022. Although I feel that tuition fees are very high in TLL, tutors have always been approachable and will take initiative to update parents on children’s progress. My son started off being an average student in Science and English, but under TLL JEM’s tutelage, he managed to exceed expectations in his PSLE this year for both subjects (AL1). We also like the ease of arranging for replacement classes due to sickness, school events or vacations.

My child has been under Ms Gin Chua for English since he joined TLL. Ms Chua has been an incredible support during the pace up to PSLE. Her revision booklet is so useful. She also took extra effort to respond to my queries promptly and thoroughly. She provided prompt progress updates and worked very closely with me, especially during P6. Her dedication and patience stand out, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her students’ progress. No doubt TLL is a reputable tuition centre with good materials, yet it is equally important to have a good tutor. My child did exceptionally well in English in the end! Kudos to Ms Chua!
