I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been beyond unacceptable. I hired them to handle SEO work for my business. Due to their negligence and lack of professionalism, they set up a blog on my site that was left unsecured and ultimately hacked. This allowed hundreds of thousands of spam bots to post comments, which completely crashed my website and severely damaged my SEO rankings. The fallout was extensive. My site was down for nearly three weeks. My search rankings tanked. I lost legitimate reviews and traffic during that time. Even more concerning, their team did not have the technical knowledge to properly fix the issue. After waiting nearly a month for resolution, I was forced to hire outside professionals and spend over $3,000 out of pocket just to restore my site and repair the damage. Instead of taking responsibility, acknowledging the mistake, or attempting to make this right, they have continued to enforce the contract and are now threatening to send me to collections simply because I asked to be released from the agreement after the damage they caused. This has been one of the most frustrating and costly business experiences I’ve had. I strongly caution anyone considering working with this company to do thorough due diligence before signing a contract.
