We’ve been working with The Grounded Company for close to a year now, and I can honestly say they’ve been a breath of fresh air! We’ve worked with multiple creative agencies over the years, and that process can be exhausting. Lots of promises, lots of friction, and very little follow-through. Grounded has been the complete opposite. They led a full rebrand for us, and the work they delivered was not only beautiful, but thoughtful and strategic. Beyond the creative itself, they’ve been instrumental in helping us focus on profitability and performance. They care deeply about metrics, efficiency, and doing things in a controlled, intentional way instead of just burning through cash. That discipline has made a huge difference for our business and has allowed us to scale what’s working in a smart, sustainable way. The team is incredibly talented, organized, and communicative, which makes day-to-day collaboration easy.
