Exceptional! This is one of the best words that describes the hard work of the folks at The Creative Company. As a small business owner, I am impressed by the attention and care my concerns have been meet with regarding my website and advertising needs. Turning my ideas and thoughts into reality has been an awesome experience. Working with this group of professionals and taking their guidance, ideas and craft has left me impressed, better yet are the results of their hard work. We hired The Creative Company for a short-term, specific web development project and had a great experience! Our particular project involved Authorize.Net, Gravity Forms, and WordPress. We specifically worked with Craig. We had a video chat with him at the start of our project. He asked great questions and left us feeling confident that he understood exactly what we needed. During the course of the project, he regularly communicated with us and was very quick to respond to our questions. In the end, the work completely met our expectations and stayed exactly on budget. There were no surprises. We would definitely work with The Creative Company again!

We worked with Creative Company on the launch of our mobile app. The team did a great job creating attention-grabbing graphics and straight-forward messaging for our promotional materials and press release. I really appreciated the planning session when the team pushed us to think about how this app would make a difference in the lives of our customers. Mobile app downloads increased 525 percent after the first month of launch!

We recently worked with The Creative Company on a rename and rebrand of our company after 26 years in business. They took a very overwhelming project and broke it down into manageable segments. Their expertise, creativity, patience, and process resulted in a new name and visual representation that really reflects the evolution of the company and aligns it with our mission and vision for the future. The questions they asked during the Brand Identity Discovery process really pushed us, took us out of our comfort zone, and were a great exercise in putting pen to paper to define who we are as a company. When we were designing the website, we decided to add videos of our leadership team talking about different topics ranging from "what we do", "our process", and "what gets us excited about our work". The final videos exceeded our expectations and are a great addition to our website. We appreciate The Creative Company’s guidance throughout this process.

I highly recommend The Creative Company. From my first meeting with Laura, to now our monthly planning meetings; The Creative Company is amazing. The team is fast, friendly and available when I have questions. They were patient with our feedback and all of the changes we needed to make.
