Food was delicious, service was great, expensive nonetheless. There certainly are still more affordable items on the menu, drinks were more reasonable than expected. The food came out reasonably fast too, but steaks would require a 70 minute + preparation time, that's crazy. The most value thing on the menu is definitely the chicken bucket, highly recommend. The sauces were a bit weird, ranch, honey and hot sauce. Crab cake was good, plenty of crab meat inside. The lobster pricey but it certainly did taste good. The mushroom side dish tasted rather basic, could skip that. The baked Alaska had a nice rum flambé, and some peanut butter like mousse ice cream. It is a good concept restaurant, come for the experience

An absolute delight having a Friday night dinner date w my wife here! Food was delish! Had the Caesar salad, crab cake, wagyu burger, duck fat fries & hanger steak! Staff were all very hospitable! 10/10 will return!

Ezan made our experience an Incredible one. From the time we entered the restaurant to the time we left. The service, interaction with us and our kids. The chefs in the kitchen who were explaining things to my hubby and just so hands on. The food is delicious, the ambiance is just wonderful and we are so great full for the service we received. A truly amazing team and we highly recommend visiting here. Cant wait to go back as we were visiting from Australia.

After a heavy lunch, we were already quite full but still wanted to try out Coach Restaurant, so we decided to order a few smaller items to share. We got the mushroom pizza slice together with some sides — Brussels sprouts, cream spinach and egg, sautéed garlic mushrooms, and mac and cheese. We also had to try their signature dessert, the PBJ Bombe Alaska. The pizza was nice and most of the sides were really good, especially the cream spinach and egg and mac and cheese. The only dish that wasn’t really to our liking was the Brussels sprouts, which were a little too tough for us. But the highlight of the meal was definitely the PBJ Bombe Alaska. The combination of flavours worked really well, and the slight tinge of alcohol made it even better. The ambience was great and the service was really good too. Will definitely be back to try more items from their menu :)

Walked out of a so-called “Michelin” Chinese brunch feeling more disappointed than satisfied — you know that kind of silence after a meal where nothing really hits, just… flat. So I decided to clear my head with a stroll around Jewel Changi Airport, letting the vibe, lights, and energy slowly reset the mood. Then I passed by Coach Restaurant — and honestly, my first thought was: “A fashion brand doing food? Probably looks good, tastes average.” Let’s be real, brands like Coach are known for leather, not lunch. But something changed the moment I was approached by a host with such genuine warmth and personality — not pushy, not scripted, just real hospitality. That alone made me pause and think, “Okay… maybe worth a try.” Stepping in, the whole environment instantly shifted my mood. The space carries this nostalgic, almost retro charm — classy but not intimidating, stylish yet comfortable. It feels like stepping into a different era, where dining is slower, more intentional, and actually enjoyable. Since I had already gone through a full (yet underwhelming) brunch earlier, I kept it simple — just dessert and drinks to test the waters. Ordered the s’mores — not going to oversell it, it’s not the best I’ve had, but definitely acceptable. Nicely presented, balanced sweetness, and it does the job if you’re just looking for something light to end the day. What really stood out, though, was the service. Daryl — efficient, attentive, and sharp. You can tell immediately who takes pride in their work. Compared to the earlier “Michelin” experience, this felt like a completely different level of attentiveness and awareness. No overdoing, just the right presence at the right time. And a small but thoughtful touch — they even give out complimentary postcards for tourists. It’s a simple gesture, but honestly quite nice 👍, especially when you’re visiting a place like Jewel Changi Airport where memories matter. And here’s the twist — after experiencing this, I actually regret not coming here earlier for their set lunch. From what I’ve seen, it’s reasonably priced and probably delivers better value than that “sad” Michelin meal I just had. Final thoughts? Sometimes expectations fool you. A luxury brand restaurant might surprise you, while a Michelin name might disappoint. Today proved exactly that. Will I come back? Yes — but next time, I’m skipping the experiment and going straight for their set lunch.
