We recently started working with The Brandboost Company. One of the reasons we chose them was the direct contact with the people working on our ad. If we have a question, it's a simple message in the group chat, and it's explained clearly in no time. All in all, it's a great collaboration, and we're happy to continue it.
Bad experience with Brandboost and deeply disappointed in the advice and results. High promises, few delivered. At the start, no action plan was received; it was unclear which course we were going to take, there was no target group definition, no strategy, and communication and advice regarding this were lacking (we had to pester them ourselves every week to find out what they needed in this regard). Many shortcomings, such as texts in the chat app, no texts added, champagne cut short due to illness, incorrect visuals used, and incorrect clicks generated leading to pages that do not exist. They want to maintain creeping contracts, in the sense of the learning process, only to rake in some money anyway (without any result). In short, not recommended!
