Fakhrul, the specialist, conducted the first full-house inspection on 24 Dec 2025 and handled the follow-up visits. His service has been excellent. He carried out two thorough inspections of the entire house, carefully checking every area to ensure the problem was properly addressed. After every visit, we received a detailed report with photos and videos. Yesterday, 23 Feb 2026 was the final clearance of termites for both areas within 2 months and 5 visits. Overall, I am very satisfied with their expertise, attentiveness, and dedication.
