We purchased a Hugin brand POS device and its integration from Mr. Metin, the owner of the company. We provided him with our company information (tax registration certificate, trade registry gazette, etc.) for the installation of the products. The products have not been shipped since June 2025. Despite numerous calls, we have received no positive response. During this time, we paid significant fines during audits conducted by the Ministry of Finance.
