New arrival to the island after living in London for 15 years so it was a gamble to try and find someone who could speak English, understand my needs and the needs of the business, plus the direction I wanted to head towards and how I needed to get there. Teix Web ( Jero) were amazing from the very beginning it was a great connection, honest, knowledgeable, pro-active, but what made it even better was the communication between us, you were not just a number and a new contract but they provided daily updates and shared there own ideas that helped the end product become a success. - Thanks for all your help

My experience with this company has been very disappointing, and I honestly wouldn't recommend them. The price they charge for website development is far too high for the quality of the final product. In my case, the end result was a WordPress site with a very basic and poorly designed finish, far from what one expects when paying for a professional service of this caliber. Furthermore, the project took over a year to complete, which I consider completely disproportionate for the type of website being developed. The process was also not transparent. You contract the service with Jero, but throughout almost the entire development process, you end up dealing with other members of the team (Mara and Gonzalo), who work from Argentina. On several occasions, I felt they weren't clear on what was being requested or how to resolve certain aspects of the project. Another major drawback was the communication. I tried to contact Jero several times to resolve doubts or move the project forward, but he didn't respond to messages or return calls, which is incredibly frustrating when you're paying for a service at this price. In short, the value for money, in my experience, is not good. After waiting more than a year for the website, the final result has been quite disappointing. I hope my experience will help others to do their research before hiring these types of services and avoid the same situation.
