We worked with this company for ~10 years and the quality of service has significantly declined since being bought out. We recently experienced a full office internet outage during business hours. We submitted an urgent ticket request, called multiple times, and emailed our supposed relationship manager. We could not get in touch with anybody for two hours, which is completely unacceptable for a business-critical emergency. There was no way to quickly reach a live person, or to even confirm if the issue was received/being handled. Even after it became clear the problem could not be resolved remotely, we were unable to get an on-site technician scheduled the same day. More concerning was the lack of documentation on our account. The technician did not have accurate information about our setup, and key details about our internet service were missing — despite this company originally handling the full installation. That kind of record-keeping gap should not happen. Over the past year, we’ve also experienced repeated billing issues (new charges with 0 explanations), frequent turnover in relationship managers without any introductions, reduced access to phone support in favor of ticketing systems, and an overall lack of proactive account management. What once felt like a responsive, attentive IT partner now feels completely impersonal and reactive. We are a small nonprofit and we rely on our IT provider to keep our operations running smoothly (especially when our needs are few and far between). Based on our recent experiences, I would not recommend this company to other businesses looking for dependable support.

We have been an Electric/Techvera customer for 3+ years. We have had a great experience with the support team and the team that supports our employees. I highly recommend their services for SMB customers who don't have IT staff.

We originally had a great experience with this company, but since the change in ownership things have gone downhill significantly. What was once a reliable, locally managed service is now managed out of state, and none of the original staff remain. Over the past 6–8 months, our law firm has experienced countless issues while trying to transition away from their services, which has been an exhausting and frustrating process. As a small business, we value dependable partnerships and consistent communication—qualities that unfortunately no longer exist here. I hope sharing this helps others make an informed decision.

my company uses TechVera.... not impressed. Tickets are open for weeks and months. My latest ticket bounced between three different people for almost two months and has made zero progress. I *finally* got a call back. they left a message....so I called back today.....get a prompt that says "all members are busy, to wait, press 1".....I press 1......and immediately get the same message..... "all team members are busy.....to wait press 1".... so press 1....."all team members are busy"....... an outsourced tech company that can't even get their own phone prompts working......

We worked with Techvera for over 7 years and had to downsize. They made every effort to ensure that our transition was tedious and went as far as providing us with inaccurate passwords, multiple times. Their behavior has been nothing short of spiteful. We will definitely not be recommending them because God forbid you try to leave, they punish you for it. It's unethical
