Tech Spot

We had a bad external hard drive and Sean was able to transfer that data to a different hard drive when three other companies claimed they couldn't help us. We were in a huge bind and needed that data ASAP. They all referred us to different data recovery companies that would have cost anywhere from $1,000 up to $5,000 not to mention it would've taken weeks to find out if the data was even recoverable. He did it for a fraction of the cost and in only a day! We are so very grateful for his help and hard work, he has earned life long customers and we won't go anywhere else. We highly recommend Sean at Tech Spot!!

My Ipad's touch screen stopped responding. John was responsive, professional, and kind. He identified the problem and did his best to find the best method forward. While I ended up picking to just replace the ipad, I feel satisfied knowing what the problem was. These guys know what they are doing.

Amazing and friendly group of guys that are knowledgable and have meticulous attention to detail when troubleshooting products. They provide updates when needed and have good communication w/ any client that comes thru w/ tech issues. I had a hp laptop that wouldn’t turn on (never getting HP again) and a Phat PS3 that had the YLOD that they were able to free the blu-ray disc that was held hostage. If you’re unsure that they’re unable to complete any tech issue for you, just ask them! They’re easy to speak with.

After seeing 71 5-star reviews for Tech Spot in Navarre, I didn't hesitate to bring my Dell PC laptop in for tune-up and diagnosis. It was running very slowly and loading programs with much spinning and idling, yet I couldn't find anything specifically wrong. I brought it in at 3:30 in the afternoon, and Sean (the owner/technician) came out to the front immediately to look at it. I left it overnight and early the next morning, I had a message that it was ready. Sean had cleaned it up, spent time observing the issues, and corrected them in less than 24 hours - wow! I expected a sizable bill, but I was only charged his $65 hourly fee. I can't recommend Sean and Tech Spot more highly. He genuinely cares, and clearly he's great at what he does!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I first brought my son’s PS5 to Tech Spot back in September 2024 for a loose HDMI port, and they took care of it immediately with great customer service. Fast forward to this past weekend my son told me it was showing no image but was turning on just fine. I brought it back, and I wish I had gotten the name of the tech who helped me because he was amazing! He checked it out, confirmed it was the HDMI again 🙄, and got it working quickly. Whether it was under warranty or just their commitment to great service, I truly appreciate the help. Huge shoutout to Tech Spot for always coming through!
