Communication with IT can also be easy when you know how to communicate. Mateusz introduced us to a communication method from the very beginning of our collaboration, which significantly streamlined the process. We didn't have to be active simultaneously to communicate. Now I know what a "backlog" is and what it's for. This allowed us to easily and quickly implement changes to the website. When we weren't sure about solutions we'd come up with "because they would look cool," he always suggested whether something could be created, how long it would take, or suggested a solution that was already tested, proven, and reliable. He was patient enough to revise the content and graphics as many times as we felt they needed it because something new had come up. I highly recommend working with him!
