I worked at Tech Arch Software as Software Developer from March 2025 to June 2025. 🚨 UPDATE - HR ADMITTED IN WRITING (July 2025): The HR executive Chainika Sharma has now confirmed in email that they processed my exit based on a "resignation letter" that I NEVER submitted. When I repeatedly asked for a copy of this alleged letter, they ignored my requests and processed full & final settlement without providing any evidence. The Shocking Truth: Company creates fake resignation documents - Claimed I resigned on June 3, 2025 (100% false) HR covers up the fraud - Refuses to provide the alleged resignation letter when asked Forces settlement - Processed F&F without my consent or verification Ignores written disputes - Multiple emails asking for clarification were disregarded Tries to close forcefully - Declared "company owes you nothing" despite ongoing dispute Current Status: I have written proof of HR admitting to processing based on fake documents Pursuing legal action for document forgery (IPC 463/468) and wrongful termination Filed complaints with Labour Commissioner, Haryana ⚠️ WARNING TO JOB SEEKERS: Ask about exit procedures during interviews Document EVERYTHING - emails, chats, meetings Beware of HR practices - This company shows zero integrity Get everything in writing - Verbal assurances mean nothing here Check reviews carefully - You might be next 💡 Advice to Management: Stop the unethical practices. Forging documents is not just wrong - it's illegal. Your HR department needs complete overhaul. Bottom Line: If you value your rights and dignity as an employee, avoid this company. There are plenty of ethical software companies in Chandigarh/Panchkula that don't resort to fabricating documents.
