He took my website with malfunctioning plugin that stopped me selling courses, explored ways of fixing it and then helped me explore and choose another platform that would serve me much better and then helped me make the switch. My first contact with Jay was when he delivered a couple of Business Gateway webinars which I found really useful and informative. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subjects and explained everything very well. With a limited budget when setting up my own online gifts store, I opted to create my own Shopify store but was given access to a development store by Jay which allowed me to work through the process. I then chose a Digital Midi Sprint package from him to check my progress and get ready for launch. He had taken the time to fully review my progress and suggested improvements and gave some pointers to get the best out of my site. It was really helpful in getting my website set up and ready to go.
