My experience with Tandem Projects has been, quite frankly, one of the worst business decisions I've ever made. I hired them expecting professional, strategic marketing work aligned with my company's actual objectives. What I received was the complete opposite. From the very beginning, the lack of professionalism was evident. Communication was poor, unclear, and in many cases, nonexistent. There were constant delays, vague answers, and a persistent feeling of improvisation. At no point did I feel there was a solid strategy behind the service they were providing. As for the marketing campaign, the results were nonexistent. Not only were the promised objectives not met, but there were no clear metrics, serious reports, or analyses to justify the work done. Everything seemed generic, poorly executed, and completely disconnected from the reality of my business. It gives the impression that they apply standard templates without bothering to understand the client. But the worst part wasn't the poor service, but the lack of personal interaction. Instead of admitting mistakes or showing even the slightest constructive attitude, the treatment was arrogant, contemptuous, and utterly inappropriate. At one point, they even went so far as to suggest that my company “wasn’t worth it” and that “maybe I should shut it down,” a completely out-of-place, offensive comment lacking any professional ethics. For a company hired to help you grow to disrespect you in this way is simply unacceptable. There was no self-criticism, no willingness to improve, and certainly no respect for the client. Any attempt at dialogue or seeking solutions was met with arrogance or indifference. In short: • Marketing service with no results. • Complete lack of strategy and follow-up. • Poor communication. • Disrespectful and humiliating treatment. • Zero professionalism and zero responsibility. I would not recommend Tandem Projects under any circumstances to any company, entrepreneur, or professional who values ​​their time, money, and dignity. My experience has been profoundly negative and I consider it important to make it public so that others do not go through the same thing.
