Visited Tall Trees Studio and Gallery in Olinda and got chatting to the owner Helene Campbell - she has a wealth of knowledge and experience in jewellery making, supporting multiple artists and teaching silver making. Entire shop and training room for workshops and events were first class standard but also realistically priced. Quality of goods and service was exceptional!

We attended the silver ring making workshop and it was excellent! Helene is an amazing jeweller and a fantastic teacher, she explained and demonstrated each aspect thoroughly and made sure we knew what we were doing every step of the way. You can tell that she really loves her craft and our finished rings are just beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, cannot recommend highly enough.

My fiance and I recently attended Helene's silver ring making workshop for two class to create wedding rings for one another. Even before the session began, Helene's communication with us was excellent. She kindly provided us with detailed directions on alternate ways to get to the studio considering a road closure on the main route at the time. When we arrived at Tall Trees Studio, we were welcomed to the workshop, which was a bright and cosy space. Helene walked us through the entire ring making process, from shaping the band, to connecting it together, sanding, polishing and final design. Helene was brilliant in helping us to create and execute a design we particularly had in mind, taking special care to add personal touches for our wedding bands, such as offering us to stamp our initials on the inside of our rings. Throughout the session, Helene shared interesting tidbits about the history and strength of different materials used in making rings and jewellery. We had so much fun that the hours flew by! We were so happy to finish the day taking home the gorgeous rings we made. Thank you Helene for such a wonderful day, we look forward to wearing our rings soon!

I did a jewellery making workshop in Helene's well-equipped and airy studio which was lots of fun. Helene explained things well and I got lots of hands on experience with her support as needed. I walked away with 2 finished pairs of earrings. Looking forward to returning!

Helene has expertly restored some of my sentimental jewelry pieces. I have a very old silver piece that Helene was able to put a beautiful loop on so I could wear it. She also expertly restored the clasp on a gold bracelet and was able to breathe life into a pair of very well-worn gold earrings so I can wear them again with confidence.
