The place is low-key and clean. It's been my go to store if I am stressed. The ramen is tasty and the broth is creamy, my usual is the shoyu series. Their serving is of moderate portion, so it's not too much for me. Had tried their fresh milk brown sugar milk tea which is also good but its just a lot for me.
We’ve been dining at Takagi for years but ordering takeout recently. Dining in today after their recent renovation was great! The new decor brings brighter and more energetic vibes 😊 Shoutout to Dan, who helpfully let us know about their 10th Anniversary promotion, and we even got a free pudding with our first stamp. It’s great to see a local ramen shop reaching such a big milestone 💪
A great experience today with Dan and Wei Kee in the kitchen over dinner. Service was great, Dan has a positive demeanour to his work and with every customer he meets, where appropriate he also goes the extra mile and checks in on us and how we find the meal. He is diligent and ensures the store is well kept and tables are wiped down and ready for the next customer as soon as they leave. Always keeping a smile as he goes about his duties. To compliment the service the Chashu Ramen i ordered was well prepared, noodles were al dente and the wait was not long, given that the outlet was busy with constant takeaway and dine in orders. Keep up the good work both, will definitely visit again.
I had a wonderful experience at Takagi Ramen thanks to the excellent service from Abang Dan and Zhong Yue. Both of them were very proactive, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Especially Abang Dan was checked on us regularly and made sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable. Their positive attitude really enhanced the dining experience. Great job to both of them and the team!
Big portions of Chashu Yuzu Hiyashi Chuka, Wakame Yuzu Hiyashi Chuka. Can just mix the noodles with toppings and put wasabi and sauce or dip it as you like, cold ramen is shiok in this weather! Love the generous seaweed and the perfect ramen gooey eggs! The icy drinks, Lemon Mint Ice Blizzard and Strawberry Snowshake will appeal to dessert lovers, on the sweeter side, but big cup as usual!
