Great place with chill vibe. Food is really decent, especially like their unagi bowl and grilled squid! They serve really good Asahi on tap. Wished they bring back Yebisu beer! 🍻 Great place for supper since that area is quite quiet and breezy with nice lighting. And it's pet friendly!
Just pop by here while running an errand, I order a set lunch which consist of a main dish (unagi rice) + miso soup. The unagi was served pipping hot which makes it twice as delicious. As you can from the photos I have attached, the unagi was lightly coated and fried, making the outside crispy and soft on the inside. I really enjoyed this. I ordered an additional side dish of salad, great portion sizing, with nice salad dressing - roasted sesame. All of them were really nice, I never encountered a single bad server or staff. They were really accommodating to my needs (I needed a plug to charge my laptop) and one even passed me a glass of water. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back.
Don’t buy their ribeye beef bowl! If this is the usual portion then it is a total rip off!! This is infuriating when I have to pay $20 for a box of big chunk of rice and 5 thin slices of tasteless meat! 😡😡😡

Lovely neighbourhood izakaya. Selection aren't too bad for the size of the joint. Flavor is decent. Price is like most izakaya around town. Worth a visit if you stay around the neighbourhood.
