Unreliable. They charged me for a supposed hard drive replacement, but it continued to malfunction. They supposedly replaced the hard drive again and said that if that didn't fix it, it was probably the motherboard. Obviously, the problem returned, so I took it to another technician who told me the hard drive was NOT new. I don't recommend this place. I trusted them because they had previously repaired my brother's computer, and it worked fine for him. I've attached a photo of the supposed new hard drive and the recurring problem (they "repaired" it three times in total). They never showed me the new parts, and as others have mentioned, it's strange that it doesn't have the company's seal. I have no reason to lie; you have to take responsibility for what you do, not evade it or make excuses.
