Syncee

I used Syncee for several years and initially had a positive experience. The company and support team were helpful in the early stages. However, over time, support became increasingly difficult to deal with and resolving issues started taking far longer than it should. I also began encountering sporadic bugs within the data feed manager, which impacted reliability. On top of that, pricing no longer felt competitive for the level of service being provided. I’ve since moved to a competitor and am now reducing my monthly data feed costs while experiencing fewer issues. Unfortunately, the platform just isn’t delivering the value it once did.

Terrible customer service. Canceled Shopify and this app on Feb 18 while both on free trial. I was charged March 10 even though the apps had been deleted weeks in advance. Even Shopify agrees that syncee should issue a refund. Terrible company and terrible customer service.

I use this platform very nice and lots of products inside

The prices are very high compared to competitors, the support is very difficult to reach, there are too big gaps between the plans. I do not know who found out this, but he does not know anything about a good business. I do not understand even these good reviews. Also checked the prices of their suppliers, insanely high, it is not worth purchasing these products that you can order from other places more cheaply. It is ridiculous. Maybe if someone is an amateur, this app is perfect for them, but for those who are in this business for years and have experiences can see this application is really bad and I do not see a future for it.
