Our experience with Symetric has been professional from start to finish. Our quote was prepared in a timely manner and was very reasonably priced. Their promise of unlimited design revisions paid off for us as we changed our minds several times, but they were patient with our requests and we love our website. The build phase was excellent as well. The system that was custom built for us is perfect for our unusual eCommerce needs. The website flows nicely for our customers, and just as importantly, the admin side is seamless for us to use. Symetric maintains my site for nearly 3 years, hosts it the past 2. Great experience - prompt, attentive, detail oriented, look after security, site certificates, and some https application deployment from the site. I can attend to discuss issues, though that has not been necessary since the year I moved here. I've also had summer students work on the site, few months at a time, and Symetric has been available through it all, and picked up the slack again when the students went back to school.
