My business website was hosted at TransIP but the service and interface there was terrible. Switching to Swooth was quite a smooth (see what I did there?) transition. And I got all the help I needed to transfer my domain, website and email. It was also so much more English friendly and that for me as an expat, is a big plus! Strongly recommend! 🏆

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Swooth's services. They are hard to reach, and if you do get a response after a few days, it consists of a maximum of 10 words, forcing you to send another message to the helpdesk for further explanation. You then don't receive any. I transferred my domain to another party and set up the "service" with Swooth; this was also confirmed twice in the online environment, but they keep sending invoices. And as you can probably guess, I still haven't received a response to this feedback after 4 days either.
