Swensen's @ West Mall

Haven been patronising this restaurant a few times. Their services are always good 👍🏻. Today, waiter Michael has done a good job, making extra effort to promote their ice-cream at half price. I ordered seafood pasta in pepper sauce, it was a little bit too salty, need to improve and get the right amount of sauce for the spaghetti. Other than that everything is fine.

Grandmother felt the grill fish was abit salty and the butter rice was abit too oily at the bottom. Pesto salmon was decent, no complaints from my food conscious mother. Service was good, recommended many promotions to take advantage of. Lots of free ice cream if you stack the promotions. Atmosphere is good and quiet, perfect for some communal dining with the family.

The beef lasagna stood out for its generous portion size and layered meat sauce, making it a hearty main. We ended the meal with a Rock Sundae, which was well-presented and satisfying without being overly sweet. Pricing is mid-range and clearly listed on the menu, though there is a standard service charge and GST for dine-in. Portions are generous, which helps justify the overall bill. Credit card and contactless payment options are accepted, and service during dinner hours was steady despite the crowd. The overall vibe is family-friendly and relaxed, with a mix of shoppers and regular diners. A reliable choice at West Mall if you want a sit-down meal followed by dessert in a comfortable, accessible setting.
