My experience with Swarm Branding has been nothing short of excellent. Their years of knowledge have been a great asset to my company in our process of bringing our product to market. Being a novice on the tech side of todays marketting, their hands on assistance has definitely lowered my stress level while allowing my team to focus on our day to day operations.

Take your business elsewhere, this guy will make unauthorized transactions to the credit cards you have in file, after you pay the invoice. I originally went in there to get my page indexed since godaddy had done a horrible job. Jacquees quoted me. He told me “looks like this job is going to take approximately 10 hours, I charge $50”. He never once mentioned that if there was extra work that needed to be done he was going to charge me automatically out of my cards that I used. Fast forward, he sends me a message Friday, December 5th. Saying that my website has been finished. Never did he once mentioned that there was extra work done to it. I ended up purchasing Business cards with him later that week using a different credit card that I originally used. About a week later I get a notification from my bank account saying that “Swarm branding” tried charging me $500. Since that transaction didn’t go through, he used the credit card I used for the business cards to charge me those $500, all of this without my consent. So I reach out and ask him about it. He tells me that my website took about 25 hours to complete, which was more than what he originally charged me for “10 hours”. So I ask him why was this never brought up to me, mind you, the website had already been finished about a week before this happened. His response was “ We were under the impression you wanted the work to be done for the website to run correctly & pop up on the search engines” so because you were under the impression that I needed this done, you took the liberty to charge me whatever you felt like it?? I disputed the transaction with my bank account and got my money back. On top of that, he only indexed about 6 of my pages on my website. The job wasn’t even done correctly. Like I mentioned take your business elsewhere. This place is a scam.

Was more than delighted working with management, they fulfilled exactly what I was looking for within my logos and website. Im very thankful that they were able to work with a smaller business like mines. If you’re seeking quality with effective communication, I highly recommend Swarm Branding !
