I hired Shane and SVG digital to design a website and do my marketing. I am a healthcare business and they did not know what to do for my particular type of practice. After giving me the login information for my Google Ads account (2 months after hiring them) I found out the ads they started had been disapproved and not running for nearly 3 weeks while I was paying them and nobody had ever bothered to even check them. They never did any SEO work on my website, not even bothering to install a free copy of Yoast, I did it all myself. I feel like they have learned how to advertise for my particular type of business now, but I ended up paying for their education. All I got was some Facebook advertising. I had to edit my own website to meet Google's criteria and learn how to run Google ads myself. If someone had bothered to check on their work and maybe say hey we aren't going to charge you while we figure this out I would give them 5 stars but they didn't. I paid for dead air. Katherine knows how to run some facebook ads and I did get some results with that. The only reason they didn't get one star from me is because of Katherine. I told them about the ads and gave them two weeks to do something about it, they never did, they didn't even attempt to appeal it. I would know because I was watching the gmail account they setup and no appeal was ever started. Reading everyone else's reviews and having spoken directly to people that do business with SVG I know they do good work, I believe I am one of those cases of if it could go wrong it did go wrong. If you guys were in the billboard advertising business this would be like charging me for an empty billboard. Like I said, if someone had offered to pause billing while we figured things out you would have gotten 5 stars but to me it just looked like more money going out the door while no one did anything.
