Svart Agency | Eskişehir Web Tasarım & Yazılım & Yapay Zeka

We hired a software service for our restaurant's management, which includes features like table tracking, order management, and revenue tracking. They did a very detailed job; great job! 👏🏻 We had worked with other companies before, but we always encountered problems with the software. We've been using Svart Agency's service for over 3 months now, and we haven't encountered any problems or setbacks. They also provided very quick support whenever we contacted them about issues we couldn't resolve. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to work with such a company.

I worked with Svart Agency on my new website and I'm truly delighted. I didn't want an ordinary site, and they created exactly what I wanted: a unique and original design. Throughout the design process, they patiently listened to my requests and, even when I constantly asked for revisions, they always provided open communication and support. For me, the most important thing that set Svart apart from other agencies was their patience in listening to me and successfully transforming my design into a digital reality. It's very clear that they love what they do. I owe my sincere thanks to the Svart family.

We initially approached Svart Agency with the sole purpose of creating a corporate website for our business in Eskişehir, but the vision they brought to our experience was truly incredible. They were definitely not the type of agency we often see in the market that just builds a website using a template, takes the money, and walks away. They listened to our business model in detail, and thanks to the AI-powered infrastructure they integrated into our site, our customer service processes have advanced dramatically, and our operational workload has significantly decreased. Their modern, user-friendly design and flawless software development are an added bonus. If you're looking for a visionary agency in Eskişehir that closely follows technology, thinks outside the box, and truly adds value to your business, Svart Agency is definitely the right choice. We extend our sincere thanks to this young, dynamic, and highly skilled team for their hard work.

They were very helpful; initially, they created a detailed report of our website and analyzed our competitors without charging us anything. They pointed out all our shortcomings one by one. As a result, we decided to work together. Thank you for your hard work…

They were involved at every stage, from the initial meeting to the completion of the project. They understood our software needs well, offered different solutions, and responded quickly to our questions. We were pleased and hope to work with them again.
