Good view and designated layout close to the golf park. There are not so many residents yet in overall clusters. The impressive thing is the main entrance gate is well decorated and the security is really helpful and friendly. You can take a look at the marketing office and the variety and future developing plan. Enjoy it.

They name it as the "New Tangerang City". Located in the western side of Tangerang. If you take a highway from Jakarta, the toll exit is Cikupa. Then you can easily find the place there. If you go here by car, careful with the traffic and trucks and containers, because this place is so near to industrial area. If you take a public transport, well, good luck with it, because there is none. This place is so modern but too far to reach from the city centre. No shoping centre yet, no business centre yet, no marketplace yet, and nothing. Yet the place is so promising from the point of view of the marketing and their master plan, and maybe (hopefully and will be) it will start to develop in the next 5 - 10 years. So if you wanna invest here, so just go for it. The bad side of the story, every year they increase the Environmental Maintenance Fee (Iuran Pemeliharaan Lingkungan / IPL) and it is getting more and more expensive without any significant improvement around the area.

I have been living in one of the cluster for almost 3 years. Every dry seasons every year the water supply always got problem. Water flow become very slow and a bit only. Even worse, its smell like drains water. CRM only can be contacted on working hours/days. They dont care we facing problem on holidays even at times on working days call also no answer think twice about this place if u going to buy.

we just shifed to suvana sutera one month ago how m any my time electrica drown today 25 may 16 it was the worst day of my life from morning 9 am out of sudden the elecricity off till now 10.40 pm still no light I call the states offices they said it because of pln but never tell us the reason we waiting till 6 pm we call again they told us the people chop the tree incident chop off the elecicity Funny right how came this will happene we buy a house here is not cheap but I'm like staying in the kampung rainy day electricty off no rainy day also off. Before we buy the house here they told us we going to have our elecrity here so no such thing like electricity off ? I'm staying here almost 2 months how many time is out of electicity I'm ready dissported..
