We brought them on for social media support expecting polished, aesthetically pleasing content that really stood out on the feed. What we got was on-brand and definitely aligned with our messaging — and to be fair, it worked. Engagement went up, DMs increased, and we even got some direct conversions. That said, the visuals just didn’t have the polished, high-design look we were hoping for. It felt more focused on strategy and getting responses than creating something nice. So if you care about results, they clearly know what they’re doing. But if you’re looking for pretty posts probably not the agency for you.
