They significantly improved the aesthetics of our site, made information much easier to find, and ensured the layout is user-friendly (especially important since we attract an older crowd). Beyond the redesign, they took the extra step to actually teach our members how to manage the site. Surge Marketing Agency took on the task of adjusting a new, but barely functional website makeover. The most difficult items are that the entire website contents were subjected to Federal Compliance Guidelines. They rebuilt the contents and functionality while enhancing every area, while under a very tight timeline. We are so proud to share our web site with our clients now! We found Surge through a recommendation from a client of ours. We had a decent site at the time, but we were determined to get off of the Divi framework and templates and get something a little more custom and also easier to use by our staff. Pricing was very fair for the project, and they took a lot of time making sure that our site was ready to go to our liking before we launched. One of the parts of the process that was most surprising was that the Surge team never made it feel like we were being too picky, or that our changes were a pain for them to make every after a few rounds of edit requests. Overall we are very happy with our new sites, as we had them do two for our lines of business. We would highly recommend Surge!
